Carlos is an adventurous director from Guatemala with 9 years of experience in the film industry.

He started in the Visual Effects field and got to work on a variety of projects. From big commercials for Pepsi and Frito Lay, to blockbuster movies like Disney’s “The Chronicles of Narnia” (which was nominated for an Academy Award for Visual Effects) and TV shows like HBO’s “Silicon Valley” and FX Network’s “Wilfred” starring Elijah Wood and Chris Klein. He also worked on the TV series “Justified,” “Scandal,” “Grace & Frankie,” and others as the visual effects supervisor.

As a director, his films have made it into several film festivals in Central America, Los Angeles and Chicago.
